Le visa est utilisable jusqu’à 90 jours après la date d’émission ET 60 jours après la date d’arrivée sur le territoire indonésien.
Formalités à remplir pour tout adulte ou enfant, quelque soit l’âge :
le formulaire rempli, daté et signé

1 photocopie du billet aller-retour, OU 1 attestation voyagiste, OU 1 photocopie de la réservation
le passeport, valable au moins 6 mois après la date de retour en France
Tarif et mode de paiement : 50 euros en espèces ou par chèque, libellé à l’ordre de l’Ambassade d’Indonésie.
1 photocopie du titre de séjour pour les ressortissants étrangers.
Pour les pays européens de l’espace Schengen (Allemagne, Belgique, Pays-Bas, Luxembourg, Espagne, Portugal, Italie, Grèce et Autriche), le titre de séjour n’étant plus obligatoire, joindre la photocopie d'un justificatif de domicile.
Pour les ressortissants algériens, joindre la copie du titre de séjour, ainsi que le dernier bulletin de salaire OU une attestation de l’employeur. A défaut, joindre la copie de travellers chèques d’une valeur de €1000 OU une attestation de la banque justifiant d’un solde créditeur de minimum € 1000.
Le dossier peut toutefois être déposé par un tiers, avec la possibilité de laisser une enveloppe Chronopost/UPS/DHL à vos frais, libellée à votre adresse pour le renvoi des passeports à domicile.
Le renvoi de passeports se fait sous votre entière responsabilité. L'Ambassade d'Indonésie n'est pas responsable de tout retard, perte ou erreur d'envoi.

Enfin retrouvé le titre de l'épisode de Capitaine Flam qui m'avait tant tourmenté enfant...
